How we research
We start from primary sources: peer-reviewed papers indexed in PubMed and statements from regulators. We open each source before we cite it and write down its PubMed ID or its date. A sentence goes on the page only if a source says that thing.
How we handle regulators
Any sentence about the FDA is checked on the day we write it, and we keep a dated screenshot of the page. Today's check: FDA public safety notification, December 6, 2019 (checked October 15, 2026; the page is dated 2019).
How we write
Short sentences, no promises, and the limits of the evidence stated next to the claim. We do not use words that promise a result, and we do not describe any exosome product as approved.
Reviews and updates
Each page shows the date it was last reviewed. We review every page at least every 90 days and prices every month. If a source changes, the page changes.
Medical review
No licensed clinician has reviewed these pages yet. We will not name a reviewer until a real one has agreed in writing. Until then each page with sources carries a notice saying so.
Conflicts of interest
If we sign a partner clinic, it may compensate us for the service, and we will say so on every page of the site. A clinic cannot pay to be included or verified, and the relationship never changes what we publish about it.
