Privacy Policy

Last reviewed:

This policy covers what Exosome Therapy Miami collects, why, who can see it and what you can do about it. It applies to this website in English and Spanish. Effective October 15, 2026.

Who is responsible

The website is operated by Pharma Coa S.L., at 4354 collins avenue, Miami Beach . Write to [email protected] about anything in this policy.

What we collect

  • The waitlist form. Your name, phone or WhatsApp number, email, neighborhood or ZIP code, the treatment you are interested in and your preferred language.
  • Consent record. The date and time, the version and language of each text you saw, the channels you agreed to, your confirmation that you are 18 or older, and your IP address with its last part removed. The shortened address is cleared after 24 hours.
  • Visit counts. A small message when a page loads or a button is clicked: the page path, the address of the site that sent you and a country code. It sets no cookies, stores no full IP address and does not identify you.

Why, and on what basis

We use waitlist details to keep your place and to email you when a verified clinic is ready. We do this only with your consent, given by ticking the one consent box on the form. You can withdraw it at any time.

Health-related information

Saying that you are interested in a treatment can reveal something about your health, so we ask for explicit consent first and use it only for the purpose above. The rules that apply are set out in our separate Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy.

Calls and texts

The one consent box on the form also covers contact by phone. It covers calls, text messages (including WhatsApp messages) and prerecorded voicemails about your place on the waitlist and clinics that become available near you, and these may be advertising. We may use an automated dialing system or a prerecorded voice. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Under Florida law we place calls and texts only between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. in your local time. Message and data rates may apply.

To stop them, reply STOP to any text, or tell us at [email protected] or in any other clear way. We end all calls and texts promptly and no later than 10 business days after you ask, with one final text to confirm. We keep your number in coded form on a do-not-contact list so that we do not reach out again.

Who we share it with

Nobody apart from the provider that runs this site, our hosting and database provider (Cloudflare), which handles data for us under contract. We have no partner clinic and share nothing with any clinic. If we ever sign one, we will ask for a separate consent that names that clinic before sharing your details.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

How long we keep it

A job runs every day and deletes each waitlist entry 12 months after you joined. If you ask us to delete yours sooner, we do so within 30 days of confirming the request is yours. Our hosting provider may keep backups for a short time after deletion.

After an entry is deleted we keep, for 3 years, a small proof of consent: coded one-way versions of your phone number and email (they cannot be read back), the versions of the consent texts, the dates, the site and your age confirmation. It holds no name, ZIP code or treatment. We keep it only to show that you agreed and to honor a withdrawal. Visit counts hold no personal details and are deleted after 25 months.

Your rights

Wherever you live, you can ask us to tell you what we hold about you, correct it or delete it. Email [email protected] from the address you used on the form, or give the phone number you entered, so that we can find your entry. We answer within 45 days.

California residents

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act you have the right to know what personal information we collect, to delete it, to correct it, to opt out of its sale or sharing, and to limit the use of sensitive personal information. We do not sell or share personal information, and we use sensitive personal information only to run the waitlist. We will not treat you differently for using these rights.

Florida residents

We handle your information in line with Florida law, including the Florida Telephone Solicitation Act for calls and texts and the rules that apply if personal information is exposed in a security incident.

Age

This service is for adults. You confirm that you are 18 or older before you send the form. We do not knowingly collect details from anyone younger, and we delete them if we learn that we have.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS and form data is stored in a protected database with limited access.

Versions

The English form uses consent text en-US-2026-10-15-3. The Spanish form uses es-US-2026-10-15-3, with the same meaning. If we change a text, its version changes and you are asked again.
