The checks, in order
- License. We look up the practitioner in the Florida Department of Health license lookup, record the license type and number, and confirm the status is active.
- No visible discipline. We search the lookup's discipline and administrative actions for the practitioner and, where the lookup covers it, for the clinic.
- Product named in writing. Brand, maker and the document the clinic holds for it. We do not judge the product. We record what the clinic tells us and say so.
- Price in writing. A public price list or a written quote, with the date.
- Honest advertising. We do not list clinics that promise results or misstate the regulatory status of their product.
- Cosmetic focus. We consider only clinics whose service here is cosmetic skin care.
Every 90 days we repeat the license and discipline checks. A clinic that fails a re-check comes off the list the same day.
What a verified listing means
It means the practitioner's Florida license was active and showed no discipline on the date we checked. It does not mean we endorse the treatment, and it does not mean any regulator has reviewed the product. As of its December 6, 2019 notice, the FDA stated that there were no FDA-approved exosome products (FDA public safety notification, December 6, 2019 (checked October 15, 2026; the page is dated 2019)).
What we do not do
- We do not rank clinics.
- We do not accept payment to verify a clinic or to change its place on the site. If we sign a partner clinic, that clinic may compensate us for the service, and we will say so on the site. That relationship comes after verification and never changes the result of our checks.
- We do not publish patient reviews, testimonials or before-and-after photos.
- We do not give medical advice. This site covers cosmetic uses only. For any medical condition, talk to a doctor.
