Who gets it. No clinic or other third party gets these details; the company that hosts our site and database processes them for us. Nothing is sold.

How long. We erase each entry automatically once it is 12 months old, or sooner if you ask.

Taking it back. I may withdraw this consent whenever I wish by writing to [email protected], and I may ask to see, correct or delete my details.
